These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Asma Collection website and any digital marketing, e-commerce development, or IT consultancy services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Asma Collection provides digital marketing (Google & Meta Ads, SEO, social media strategy), e-commerce development (Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz store setup, payment and logistics integration), and IT consultancy (website planning, CRM implementation, business automation, and system integration). Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are agreed separately in writing before work begins.

To deliver our services effectively, we may ask you to provide timely access to accounts, content, brand assets, or feedback. Delays in providing this information may affect project timelines.

Fees, payment schedules, and refund terms for any project are set out in the proposal or agreement for that engagement. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work.

Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for your project (such as website builds or campaign assets) are transferred to you, excluding any third-party tools, licenses, or pre-existing Asma Collection frameworks used to build them, which remain the property of their respective owners.

Our services often involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Daraz. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by these third-party platforms.

While we work to deliver measurable results, digital marketing and e-commerce outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions and third-party platform behavior. We do not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, or traffic outcomes unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the notice period agreed in the project proposal. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
